FLTDOC Terms and Conditions of Use

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") governing the use of the FLTDOC (Flight Document Assistant) application ("Service"), owned and operated by KL Leung Holdings LTD. This Service is provided solely for the internal operational use of authorized employees and system administrators.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are an authorized employee of KL Leung Holdings LTD or Menzies Aviations UK and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Permitted Use and Responsibilities

  1. Authorized Use: The Service is strictly for generating, scanning, and managing official flight documentation required for ground operations as per company policy.
  2. Employee Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all actions taken under your account and must ensure the accuracy of all data submitted (e.g., flight numbers, weights, signatures).
  3. Prohibited Actions: You must not use the Service for any unauthorized, fraudulent, or malicious activity, including attempts to circumvent security controls or access unauthorized data.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, logos, and underlying documentation, are the exclusive property of KL Leung Holdings LTD and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Operational Disclaimers and Limitations

  1. Accuracy: While the Service aims for accuracy, it does not replace mandatory human verification. All generated documents (PDFs, Telexes) must be verified against official company sources before use.
  2. Service Availability: The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
  3. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, arising from the misuse of the Service or reliance on erroneous data, except as required by law.

5. Termination

The Company reserves the right, without notice and at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any violation of these Terms or any action deemed contrary to company policy.
